Exercise is very important for effective adult by preventing complications due to sedentary lifestyles modern era, anti-aging brain and cardiovascular protection.

According to Time, the French scientists studied 1,011 people over 65 in 12 years and 122 417 people around 60 years of age in 10 years. The authors found that the more exercise more, the risk of death decreases. Especially brisk walking 15 minutes a day and limiting the risk early death by 22% compared to non-athletes.
"Moderate physical activity for 15 minutes daily is a reasonable goal for the elderly," the study team concludes. "Just a little good enough".
