Working more than 45 hours a week is bad for the heart
If you work 60 hours a week, the risk of illness increased by 35%, MetroNews scientists quoted University of Texas (USA) published in the journal Environment and Labour Medicine. The authors have collected data of 1,900 health staff working full-time for at least 10 years and found as much work, the risk of cardiovascular complications increased.
